Shipping

We ship worldwide by tracked courier. Higher-value pieces are insured in transit.
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed before you pay, or shown at checkout.
Ready pieces usually ship within 3–5 working days; made-to-order pieces after they are finished.
Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees in your country are the buyer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Ready pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can give you the return address.
Custom, made-to-order, engraved or resized pieces and loose stones cut to order cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds are made to the original card within 10 working days of us receiving the return. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the piece was faulty.

If something is wrong with your order, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.
