How do I pay?
Pieces with a "Buy now" button can be paid by card at a secure Stripe checkout. For other pieces and custom orders we confirm the total with you and email a Stripe payment link or invoice. We never ask for card details by email, chat or phone.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars. Your card provider converts the amount to your currency at its own rate.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with tracking. We confirm the shipping cost and delivery time for your country before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise.
How long does delivery take?
Ready pieces usually ship within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces usually take 2–4 weeks to make, plus shipping.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Ready pieces can be returned unworn, in original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Custom, engraved and resized pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. See shipping & returns for details.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring that fits the right finger, or ask us for a free printable ring sizer on WhatsApp. If in doubt, choose the larger size.
Do diamonds come with a certificate?
Certified natural and lab-grown diamonds come with a GIA or IGI report. Smaller accent stones are not usually certified individually.
Is your silver real?
Yes. Our silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver unless the description says otherwise.
